1. Who we are

Soul In PsyAbstract LLC (“SIPA”, “we”) operates the SIPA OS platform at sipaos.life, the artist store at soulinpsyabstract.store, and related services. Founder: Aelin AquaSoul, Eilat, Israel.

2. Use of the service

You may use SIPA OS for personal or business purposes consistent with these terms. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or interrupt the service, and not to use it for unlawful activity.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Handmade artworks and digital works are sold via soulinpsyabstract.store/store.html under the order terms shown at checkout.

4. Intellectual property

All artworks, code, and content remain the property of Aelin AquaSoul / Soul In PsyAbstract. Collector purchase does not transfer copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, editing, printing, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

SIPA OS is a cognitive infrastructure tool and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Use of the BPD Crisis Protocol does not replace contact with emergency services or licensed clinicians.
